Good place.... it's pretty quiet and the people are pretty friendly. We found some Rabbits in the front and so that was pretty cool too. The Park is organized pretty well and it's relatively easy to find houses. We have a lot of friends in here and so it's pretty good!
Can you have pets? , and what do you have to pay out of the utilities? How much is lot rent? and how much to rent a trailer? and can you rent to own ? and do you have any for sell ?

Yes I believe that they have 1 3 bedroom for rent. Pmt is about$1000.

When u enter the sunrise community go straight an u will come to the front office Tish is the office mgr. She is there after eight am. An Claudio is the maintenance man. He is really good. There is always coffee in the office to drink an snacks so come in an say hi an look around Tish is making it better here to live. We getting a basketball court soon for all the kids and we have a swimming pool. People should use the life saving device as indicated on device. Thank u
