After I retired from the Navy at 37yo. I randomly picked a job out of the newspaper. I was hired on the spot. I was an engineer, welder etc. On my first day I fell through the floor while installing a water heater. I spent 2 days days making it rent ready. I was excited. I have long since moved on. But the managment and residents were great. I lived in G. I had a 20 ft. Above ground pool and a 6 ft fence.

Expect the ruggedness that is obvious and understand you're in a old rundown Park and you'll be fine. Management makes up for quality interactions and are helpful when approached.

Crime: above average in the recent past. As for Tweekers: what is a "Tweeker"? If you are specifically referring to those who do methamphetamine; rampant 5, 10, 15 years ago, but as for now...ask management or renters currently there. Actual crime statistics for that area can be looked up online.
