H.O.A. for the most part get a bad rap but I honestly believe that this community has a great one. For the most part the community is clean, quiet and all around a wonderful place to reside. I've been here three years and I enjoy it. They're fair and not to over bearing...unless they need to be (but that's what they're here for). With every place there is the downsides such as the users who attempt to squat or roam the streets but it comes and goes. I love it here and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I have grown up here, since I was about 4 years old! It's a great place to live, nice location, lots of stores, and businesses located all around the property! The homes are very nice, and actually very good inside the properties!

Yes
Each Mobile home is individually owned this is a subdivision not a trailer park.
There is crime all over the valley. I don't know why swat was here, there are privacy laws that do not allow cops to tell everything they know.
