KTM cares about one thing and that is getting your money, after that you're on your own. KTM knowingly contracts with disreputable dealers. KTM is the worst vehicle manufacturer I have dealt with in my life. I recommend that you buy any other brand of motorcycle other than a ktm.

Bill and Ben at Cycle Tech are as good as they come,I try to buy from family owned businesses and I can't recommend a business more than theirs.I bought an as is KTM several months ago as is,and we had a slight "hiccup" with the bike and Bill went out of his way to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to resolve the problem with both sincerity and honestly which you won't see in any "Big Name" dealerships step up like he did.Low and Behold I bought another bike from them within weeks.I can't recommend a business more and they definitely have a customer for life.This all being said their venue is 2 1/2 hours away and I will gladly make the trek for many years to come.

By far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have now bought 2 bikes from Ben/Bill and likely will be buying more over the years. They know their products well and offer awesome customer support. A true family owned business that offers high quality products and service is a rare thing in todays world, I'm glad to have such a great dealer nearby.
