The old manager was amazing, the new one is alright but not nearly as nice or chill, especially when you need a favor. Most tenants are snobby and rude , also ALOT of pets, be ready to hear barking .

Really unfortunate experience living here esp dealing with building management; they simply do not respond or do not follow-up on issues they don't want to deal with. Have had numerous packages stolen, issues with noisy neighbors, and in almost all cases management is unresponsive, unhelpful or just unprofessional. The building itself is OK but recommend living elsewhere to avoid dealing with this company.

Gus, Erica, and Greg are fantastic. It is such a great community I'm so glad that we moved in here we've almost lived here for 2 years already we plan to stay much. The large community room accommodates many social gathers that are always welcoming and fun. I hope more of my friends and family move here!
