Hello, and to all whom this may regard, I have had the pleasure of being a renter at Waterside Apartments for over a year and have noticed many things that may help you in deciding if this is the right place for you or not; this is my pure and honest opinion based on the experiences I’ve had and will continue to have as I stay here. This location offers a variety of amenities that other competitors do not have for this price while also being newly constructed. Such amenities include hardwood floors, in unit washer/dryer, island in the kitchen, modern appliances, mantle & fireplace, secured/gated building, plus a gated playground for your kids. In addition, good management is hard to find and Lori the office manager here is outstanding; due to the simple act of continued kindness, professionalism, honesty, and overall care for this location and all occupants living here. This is shown through the constant communication and dedication to her job which is greatly appreciated; I feel I can say this for everyone living here.

Probably one of the better apartment communities I have lived at so far. My corner NE unit faced the watershed next to the complex, and I absolutely fell in love with the Fauna of the area. Every single morning my cats would be excited to go out to the patio and see what wild life they would spot and attempt to engage with. The summer months are dreamy, and I would often fall asleep in the patio to the sounds of owls, birds of all types, coyotes, rabbits, and an occasional gun shot (this is Portland, get used to it). I loved this unit, and proximity to freeway access - but I’m also on the younger side and this wasn’t the right fit for me at this point in my life. Lori, the apartment manager is graceful, detailed/organized but assertive/good at what she does. You never know what type of renter/landlord relationship you will get, but I can assure you that my experience with Lori was one of growth, accountability and overall positive experiences. I grew to love her because she truly helped me grow in my ability to cohabited with others (even though she doesn’t get paid enough/that’s not her job). Wish she was my landlord at my new community!
