Affinity is a joke. They say to better serve us they are limiting the open office hours and making it difficult to receive our packages in a hour and half window. Wow! Yeah that’s very helpful. We have rats running back and forth all night long outside. Our dumpster areas are filthy. Kids are bored running around outside not supervised. No play equipment and no apartment community activities for them. No amenities at all. Loud ghetto people moving in often. Theft pretty normal around here. I’ve had an outdoor chair and 2 bbqs stolen. I’ve had my car keyed. I’ve had my apartment windows egged by bored juvenile delinquents. Police activity is almost a nightly thing. The office staff changes often. Currently the gentleman in the office is very polite and pleasant but the women currently are rude and curt. I’m currently looking elsewhere to go. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve lived here 5 years and this place has went down hill since the new management took over. Guardian management at least tried to arrange some fun things for our apartment community. Affinity management is cheap and they will let anyone move into these apartments. They are raising the rent in August but won’t do a thing for you. There is herds of kids with very little supervision. No play equipment to keep these kids busy. Maintenance is VERY slow. They don’t clean the laundry rooms regularly. The dumpster areas are filthy and attracting rats. They are cheap with their repairs. I’ve been told they are charging for certain repairs now. That’s only going to make people not report issues and further deteriorate this run down place. The kitchen cabinets are metal with tons of coats of paint. The mailboxes have repeatedly been broken into. The cash machine was stolen out of the wall for loading your laundry card last year. This area is becoming high theft. Police patrol this area a lot, so that tells you something. BIG THUMBS DOWN! I’m saving money to get the hell out of here and buy a house. STAY AWAY!

Quiet around here. Maintenance comes fast but never finishes the job. They will come in to fix something and then not do things like repaint where they worked on the wall or stair railingand they tend to leave messes. They will give notice of entry for weeks and never show up to do inspections...leaving you always waiting for them to just walk in your home at any time they want it feels like. I got 5 notice of entry and no one shows up to do whatever they were going to do and no one calls to let you know...then at the worst possible time they show up possibly weeks later. This place isnt bad but costs a lot. Cheap appliances. No dishwasher or washer and dryer in apartments...the wiring in this place isnt strong enough. Nice office staff...changes constantly tho. Tons of children live here ...but no playground at all leaving them to play in the street and destroy plants or whatever kids mess with when bored. We NEED a playground for these kids BADLY. I do love living here. Great neighbors that go out of the way for you. I have made lifelong friends here. Nice park a block or 2 away.

For the type of apartments they are and the prices they charge are ridiculous. Don't always finish work orders. Recently put in a tub resurfacing request and asked about showering while it sets and they said you would have to find someone to let you use there's. As I explained scheduling conflicts with all my neighbors. Most apartments have uneven floors, or the floor is coming away from the baseboards and all they do is put cocking down. Same with any fixes in the bathroom and if you explain a mold issue. They just cock right over it without pulling it all up or they will paint over the mold. The only thing good about this complex is its a quiet neighborhood.
