I 100% don't recommend. These apartments aren't worth the money you pay. We pay 1800 a month for no amenities(which isn't the end of the world, but rent definitely should be cheaper than), the office people to never be there when you need to talk to someone nor answer their phones( for example I went to the office this morning at like 10:30am and they're supposed to be open at 10, but there's a sign saying they will return at 11 came back at 11 and no one was there), for the office people to tell you to clean up your back porch when it wasn't even bad and yet they don't get on other people's back porches who are way worse, and for maintenance to take 2 or more months to actually come look at your issue. But if you're ok with all that then sure come live here.

A no frills apartment complex. It is clean, safe and well maintained. Not far from grocery stores and restaurants. I am a resident and I am well satisfied.

We have lived here for a year and a half. It’s been a decent place to live and we love the area. We feel very safe and end up going on evening walks several times a week. The maintenance staff are fairly responsive, fixing any issues we have in a day or two. Always have plenty of parking. No real complaints.

I have lived in this complex for 5 years and have some experiences I'd like to share. The office staff is alright. We really miss Cameron but are happy he got a better offer. The maintenance staff is great! The apartments are clean and the appliances aren't outdated. The smoke alarms are INCREDIBLY sensitive. Be prepared to have the overhead fan on anytime you cook. Just opening the oven will set off an alarm. I've been in 2 different apartments here and both were like this. There are no amenities like a pool, spa, garages or fitness center. Not a dig, but be aware. There is a nice small public park right by the complex. The parking, as expected in an apartment setting is awful. Sure it is limited, but all of the spots are made for compact vehicles and there are A LOT of folks in SUV's and huge trucks that will sometimes take 2 spaces. I can't even blame them, the spaces are so small. They re-painted them last year and I was hoping they'd adjust them to be larger. No such luck. The patio rules are a bit too strict. No lighting allowed. You are allowed to have a gas grill, some chairs and maybe a plant. Oh and your bicycles because there is only ONE uncovered bike rack for an entire complex. They are supposed to be adding one later this summer, but again, uncovered in Oregon. You also are not allowed to add a sun shade or anything that would block the patio from view. As for the complex neighbors etc. We've had police here at least once a week due to multiple folks in different buildings' issues. I'm not talking a car over a domestic dispute or something. I'm talking 4 police SUV's in broad daylight with assault rifles. There have been intoxicated residents with firearms that we've had to call the police for. Other intoxicated residents shouting late at night. It seems to have increased in the last year. Most recently there have been children screaming, running down halls and leaving trash in the hall ways of a couple of the buildings as well. The apartments look really nice so its a little shocking that we have so many issues here. They've been having a food truck come to the complex once a month for a few months and I really liked that. If you've reached the bottom I thank you. Bottom line. Its an apartment complex and the prices aren't awful.
