TOTAL CON FOLKS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Their leasing agent Gina is not to be trusted! They tried to shove me into renting the fifty at division apartments, ten of which they can’t rent. After I paid the hefty application fee they backed down, claiming a credit score of 693 was way too low. They never intended to rent to me the apartment I chose. Taking application fees is all for their operational budget and without it, they would be out of business. SCAMMERS !

At Division Street Lofts all utilities are paid separately by the resident. This can include water, sewer, gas, and electric. There are garbage chutes and/or trash rooms on every floor for residents to properly dispose of their garbage. For any other questions kindly give our office a call.
