Honestly miss living here! The staff exceeded my expectations, and the neighbors were friendly and kind. Hate that I had to leave with a lack of notice due to an emergency. I'm not sure what the rates are now, but it's definitely worth giving a try if you're in the area! I'd do anything to go back in time.

Poorly ran, laundry facilities constantly in disrepair, hot tub has been broken for 2 years, buildings are filthy, cannot keep a janitorial service staffed, people in office are a joke, secured entries are again broken, the water coming out of the faucets is yellow and has debris, and the hallway carpets have not been scrubbed in years. They are not able to maintain these items but are putting thousands of dollars into adding a coffee bar and five new studios that they will charge upwards of $1200 for which they now charge everybody a community electricity fee for running the hallway lights just so they can afford this unnecessary remodel. This place has become completely unsafe to live in. Druggies always roaming parking lot, cars broken into, gun shots in back parking lot late at night. Also no assigned parking spots but charge $100 dollars for a covered spot. There is never any parking here. The only good thing here is the maintenance staff is friendly. However, they are pushed beyond their limits and have yet to finish a job in my apartment from over a year ago. Do not rent from this place!

More than two years I have been staying here. Still an amazing place to live. The leasing office personnel are always cordial and helpful, over the years even with multiple management changes. The maintenance staff has been good and any issues have been resolved promptly and efficiently.

We've only been here about a month but the staff is simply amazing. Every request has been attended to right away. It's quiet here. The concrete between floors helps with that. The laundry room is well appointed and clean. Plenty of parking. Cool design. Fun gnome. This complex had been under the same ownership since it was built and the manager has been here 16 years. That says a lot about a place. The pool is so clean and the club house is really great.
