Verizon overcharges, is unable to provide reliable coverage, and they don't stand behind their products. I see your response, but STILL no one ever actually contacts me, returns calls, or responds to messages. If you want to keep me, contact me.

Sales staff is good, but management here is lazy. I called ahead to have a shipping label reprinted for a trade in phone because i was on a tight time frame. I'm not sure when they stopped taking trades from upgrades in the store... but whatever. I was told it would be ready when I got to the store. The manager, Yanjie, put me in que, despite telling her my situation. She made me wait 30 minutes to be helped by someone else. Couldn't pry her off her phone for literally 30 seconds to grab my label off the printer. I watched her fiddle with a display phone and ignore another customer that walked in the door after me. Just be prepared to wait if you need to visit this store for any reason.

While trying to troubleshoot a problem between Verizon and my phone, Jaz worked with us for 2 days trying to fix an internal problem between the Verizon system and my phone. Unfortunately the problem could not be fixed but Jaz spent a lot of time doing the best he could, talking with other reps and the technical support staff. We appreciated his knowledge and patience while trying to fix the problem. He was the one good part of an awful ordeal.
