Fabulous dog park. 2 acres, 1/2 acre dedicated to small dogs. The park is on a slanted property the lower area nearest to the main entrance a wide open area. The hill has several large trees and ground cover. There are garbage cans for waste bags but no restroom for humans. The parking lot is max three spots, but there is ample street parking.

Great, clean dog park; however: The owner of two bulldogs named Will and Freddie should be banned from the dog park. The owner allows the dog off-leash before reaching the actual off-leash area where other dogs and people have been attacked by Will and Freddie. Once inside the dog park, Will and Freddie will go around aggressively sticking their tongues up other dogs' privates and proceed to hump them. The owner allows Will and Freddie to do as they please and will not pick up after them. Furthermore, Will and Freddie will guard the entrance and attack/hump every dog that enters. It is an absolute nightmare when these dogs show up and it makes every other dog and dog owner tense. Going to the dog park is a privilege for well-behaved dogs, not a right. The owner of Will and Freddie should find alternatives to exercise his dogs as the off-leash dog park is clearly not the appropriate route.

Lived close by for so many years and only learned about this hidden delight recently. Large shaded off-leash with 99% responsible, attentive owners. We love that the City refreshes the bark at least once per year, that there's an adjoining but separate little dog area, and even a small obstacle course! Good job Kirkland! Only better if there was water closer to the park, but ther is a fountain at the entrance of the short path to the park.

This was a great dog park. It is a bit hilly, so wear good footwear for a bit of hiking. Small dog area is separate and has seating. It was quiet the day I was there but it was cold, right before the snow. I could see an issue on a sunny, workday that parking could be an issue. The park is between a residential area and corporate offices. Street parking only.
