At the writing of this review I ask myself, who am I but a dweller of an apartment unit? Is this all I amount to? NO, for today Leo from the maintenance department came by and fixed my faucet. No longer am I a simple dweller, I am now in allegiance with Poseidon and the natural forces he commands! A simple tug on the lever and I can now summon water at torrential proportions. Thank you Leo for gifting me these powers, I will act with great responsibility from now on.

First off I wish I could give zero stars, my fiancé and I have applied to this apartment paid the $45 application fee and got approved. We set up a tour date scheduled which they rescheduled to be a virtual tour which also got rescheduled 3 times and when that day rolled around they never sent an email about it or called me I had to call them they eventually said they would send pictures and video of the apartment in that email we only got a short video of the apartment! They also rushed us to move in asap which was very stressful to us! So we were going to move to the next step however they took forever on sending the paperwork our original move in date was last Tuesday 11/2/2021 and they didn't send the paperwork until Friday 11/4/2021 and only sent the paperwork to me. They have moved our move in date to 11/5/2021 my fiancé never got ANY of the paper work until 11/5/2021. But I got a call late in the afternoon 11/4/2021 saying the apartment was needing to be cleaned and asked if we could pick up the keys on 11/8/2021 and never called us back about it. During the phone call about the apartment being cleaned my fiancé got a call about finishing up his application and was told we needed to setup an account for PGE and she was going to wrap up the leasing agreement that night. They also needed proof of renters insurance however the insurance needed the PO box information that he called about 10+ times then I finally called them and got the information they had us go in circles to get us to move in! I called them today and they said they were ready for us yesterday 11/8/21 and thought someone has contacted us about it which clearly we were not. We also have called several times and left a message and was told we would get a call back we never got the call back any time they told us they would, we always had to call them! We paid the $500 security deposit and gave us this TERRIBLE service. We told them we no longer want to live there and they told us they can not refund our security deposit! Think before you pay and please read the reviews!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived here for just over two years and had a great experience. Their current staff are fantastic. They are prompt and attentive to any needs. I would recommend the Fifty to anyone who wants to live the apartment building lifestyle in a great area of Portland. Very pet friendly!

I’ve been at The Fifty for 2 months now, and I am very happy here. My pup and I love our new home! The apartments are in great condition with upgraded appliances and AC (perfect for the summer heat). The only issue is the street parking, which isn’t even that bad. I have had an amazing experience here so far and have only positive things to say about The Fifty at Division.

The Fifty at Division is not a designated senior living apartment, but we do offer great amenities such as a rooftop deck, fitness center, elevator, pet washing station, and bbq, just to name a few. We also host monthly resident events!
