Any 5 star review for these apartments is a complete scam! They are offering money off for 5 star reviews, this place will try to take all of your money. If you are crazy and do decide to rent here please track every single thing because they will try to charge you money when you move out. Keep all your documents because I guarantee you will have to take them to court!! The landlord is a scam artist and tries to get over on all the people here. If I could give no stars I would.

Living here is very convenient, within walking distance to Clackmas Town Center. Also you will find interstate 205 near by. The community new paint job is nice. The maintenance workers are great and the office staff is friendly.
