I wish I could provide more stars for the honest and kind-hearted opinion from David. I received David’s contact info from a friend who recently purchased a home in Ithaca. Their realtor provided them with companies to contact for various work, if it ever needed to be done and Mr. Chimney Man was on the sheet. I explained to him what was going on with our chimney by talking to him over the phone and sending pictures through text messages. David spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with me thoroughly explaining various things with our chimney. Due to the height of our chimney and the steepness of our roof, he did not feel safe to service our chimney. Which I completely understand and agree with. He provided such detail and I felt I gained so much knowledge just with talking to him. David even offered to coach someone with what needed to be done if I could find someone to actually get on our roof and tend to the chimney. I would highly recommend Mr. Chimney Man to anyone that has chimney concerns.
