Sam and Taryn were very helpful and informative. Both were respectful of my home inside and out. Sam showed me on his camera the issues that needed to be addressed, and showed me that inside the chimney was in great condition. Looking forward to working with them each year for an annual inspection!

This company is definitely customer service oriented. Whenever I had a question or concern or needed more information, I got an immediate response. Reed was very patient and thorough in his assessment of what needed to be done. I had a gas fireplace taken out and electric insert put in. The installers Sean and Aleck we’re excellent. I had a small problem after the installation and they came out without any question and fixed it. I highly recommend this company.

One of the great things about a foreclosed home is all the hidden surprises. After discovering our chimney needed rebuilt and fireplace replaced we received several bids. It was obviously a large and expensive project we weren't excited to take on. Certified fireplace and chimney was reasonably priced and responsive throughout the project. They were able to get the work done in a timely fashion and Tony and his crew were friendly and professional. They even put up with our overly loving dog that kept sneaking in to help. To top it off we had a family emergency during the course of work and we received a wonderful card expressing their thoughts and prayers for family!

We had a gas fireplace insert with a basic mantle. But we wanted to convert it to a wood burning fireplace, with stone framing it in. Certified Fireplace & Chimney did a great job bringing our vision to life. They were in & out within 3-4 days. They pay great attention to detail & they were very protective of our hard wood floors. Very professional & polite crew. I would recommend them for any fireplace & chimney needs!

We can have that glass replaced! However, the cost of ceramic glass can be upwards of $10 a square inch. To some that may not be a big deal, but many find it to be too expensive. Another thing to think about, if the glass broke from an extremely high heat event, then chances are the stove is not going to be good for continued use. I'd suggest calling our office and scheduling a level 2 inspection with a camera scan. I say this because let's say you just hired us to replace your glass like you mentioned, and end up paying $450 on said glass (for example), wouldn't it be just the worst if your stove ended up having a deeper issue rendering it dangerous to use? We would be able to inspect your entire system from ash pan to rain cap and everything in between (including inside your stove pipe and flue system) and if there are issues we let you know what those are, and show you the many different ways one can go about remedying them. Hope this helps :) Ryan Berry Owner / Operator
Yes we do! The type you need would have to be assessed by one of our CSIA certified techs. Call our office and set up a time for us to come out! M-F @ 785-670-6600 Always happy to help
