By far the worst experience I have ever had in an ER. Got in and in triage fairly quickly. Then sat in the waiting room, for 6 hours and no one even checked on anyone out there. After 6 hours we got up and left. Every time my wife asked how much longer they said they were cleaning rooms to get people in, by 2 different receptionists. The good thing was that security was able to take the time to check out 4 different doordash orders and make sure they were safe for the others... never again will I ever set foot in that building. Terrible service and horrible communication with patients that needed care and were in obvious distress. People brought in by ambulance and then sat in the waiting room with everyone else and then got smart and left before we did. So please save your time and don't go here if you have an emergency, you will probably just end up on the floor getting stepped over because you didn't respond when they called your name 8 hours later.

If it's from the hospital and within ten years, you can just call the records department. There may be a small processing fee. Anymore though the hospitals have patient portals if you provided an email, you should have a patient portal.
Yes they do offer it, I just don't know if it's exactly at the hospital. Hope this answer helps you and your son out.
I'm sure anyone can go to either hospital's website and complete a volunteer application.
They have a drive thru on olathe street off of 39 street

There are several on Wanamaker which is only a couple of miles from St. Francis there is also a couple around 6th and Fairlawn area which is even closer to St. Francis. I think the Ramada is at 6th and Fairlawn
There are more than one parking that visitors can use. I would suggest to use the valet parking on 7th Street.
I don't have the direct number to the billing department but if you call the main number to the hospital they can transfer you to the billing department and give you the phone number.
Call the main number and ask for him. If he is not there they may be able to get a message to him.
