Absolutely Worthless. Refused to pick up our trash multiple times. They are constantly making excuses along with their broken promises to pick up trash the next day. They don't care about their customers. Rude drivers. Drivers drive like idiots and don't care for anyone's safety. They lie and exaggerate about condition of our driveway so they don't have to drive down to get our trash. Been charged twice multiple times for a months service. For the price and headache just haul in your own trash. We also have security cameras proving they purposely left our trash and didn't even make an attempt to stop. Picture posted shows trash guy speeding down he road and purposely skipping our trash can, pathetic. Man was driving so fast dust was all over the roadway

Raise rates every yr w no explanation, if there were other providers we would switch asap.

Driver for Valley Falls Kansas leaves my trash can dumped on its side and sometimes in the street, often leaving trash on the curb or in the street - too lazy to pick it back up.

Set trash out on Tuesday night for Thursday morning …. Didn’t get picked up and they said it wasn’t out in time !!! I KNOW IT WAS OUT !!! but they emptied the recycle !! Hummm ?
