I had a dental appointment scheduled at 1:30 and wasn’t seen until 2:15. The front desk lady had no sense of urgency to get people through the line. I also waited another 30 minutes to schedule my next appointment.

The wait time is long, if you have an appointment at 1pm then expect to be in line for 30 minutes and then another 30 minutes until you're called. I understand they do what they can for low-income community members. Anyways, my review is based on Cornelia (APRN FWP-BC), she's the "go-to-APRN" for prenatal care and I had an incident with her back in April 29th, 2022 where she said things like "you're making my brain hurt", "you won a referral to Maternal Fetal Medicine" and "switching providers is as bad as being a dope fiend while pregnant" amongst other things. I reported it after much contemplation early last month but I haven't heard back until I called again today. All I got was that she would be talked to by upper management therefore I will have to handle this with the board. If you want prenatal care, go elsewhere. Everything else seems to be handled accordingly such as PCP, dental care, etc. hence 2 stars due to it.

I Am Pregnant. I Tracked This Pregnancy So I Know Exactly When I Fertilized. I Told The OB Provider This And That I'm Not That Far Along At All. I Went The Day Before Somewhere Else For A Blood Draw And My HCG Was 28. I Told Her That As Well. She Looked In My Face And Told Me That I Am Not Pregnant. This Test Is From Today 4/24 My Appointment Was 4/22. How Tf Am I Not Pregnant Ma'am? I Got Up And Walked Out Because She Clearly Doesn't Know What She's Talking About. Very UNEDUCATED! When A Pregnancy Is Early The Levels Can Be Low. Their Pregnancy Tests There Are Garbage So My Test Was Very Faint Although My Home Test Was Dark! Never Go Here For Prenatal Care.
