After receiving several bids to repair or replace a cracked chimney liner, we selected Sleep Easy, who originally discovered the problem when we called them to do a standard cleaning. When they pulled the old liner out, it was clear in what poor condition it was in, and I was glad they had insisted on replacing it!

Honestly don't know. Another chimney Raytown did the inspection. They ordered what was needed, but never did the actual installation. This comfort chimney actually showed up, ( Raytown never did, or had an excuse) Comfort Chimney did the install, as quick and neat. Raytown Chimney owner did refund my payment, minus the cost for the parts ordered. Which was honorable, but it was Comfort Chimney that did the installation of the new parts ( clean out door, reducer and boot for the balance of Raytown Chimney Refund Check.
