This is the second time that we've had Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety perform scheduled maintenance. This time, Brandon completed the following preventative maintenance: - Cleaned and inspected the dryer vent duct and related materials - Cleaned, inspected, and serviced our gas logs fireplace - Provided fire extinguishers at a reasonable cost. - Other assistance All were done professionally, quickly, and efficiently. He also provided guidance about equipment that is reaching its end of life and will need to be replaced soon.

Travis showed up on time and worked hard to get my dryer vent cleaned quickly. Dryer working more efficiently and I am very happy that I had the service performed. I am going to have them come back and install new smoke detectors and clean gas fireplace. Thanks for a great job Smoke Alert!

Devin is very knowledgeable and experienced. He arrived on time and cleaned my dryer vent within 30 minutes. He also installed new batteries in my smoke detectors and showed me the correct procedure for battery replacement to optimize the system. He also inspected my fire extinguishers and recommended a good location for them. He was very thorough and was willing to share his knowledge!
