so I just transferred from the Fayetteville location and was willing to drive to Garner from ft Bragg for better service and to finish this process(please Google affordable dentures Fayetteville (sanderosa Rd) for my review of the location, staff, and physician) as I mentioned above, I've transferred from Fayetteville. it was a 3month process, and took a personal visit to get approved. However, upon finalizing everything in Fayetteville... ... ... I had Dr Fetterolf immediately approve my transfer with no issues whatsoever!!! I was treated so good when I walked in, the whole process was perfectly paced, Dr./ patient time wasn't at all rushed and my concerns were listened to. THIS IS WHAT A DOCTOR SHOULD BE. not argumentative, rash, dismissive of a patient's concerns. THIS IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR who cares about his people and patients. He's warm, welcoming, introduced himself. I felt like I belonged... I feel like I belong. I am just upset with myself for not starting my process AT this location. Dr Fetterolf and the staff here are a step above anything I've ever experienced from ANY physician (and I've had quite a few). NOT ONCE have I been requested to do this review, however I do so on my own (both for this location and the Fayetteville location) because I don't want anyone else to experience what I've experienced. All I know, I should've began my journey HERE. But I am glad to finish getting my new wearer package completed with Dr Fetterolf. FOR ME, HES VERY WELL WORTH THE DRIVE. 5 freakin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💜

The building is not comforting. The ambiance is very old looking and run down. The treatment plans are most definitely NOT affordable. You can expect to pay the same here as any other oral surgeon. Very very expensive.

It WAs good until I went bback a few months later, looked for my dentist who was in charge when I left, they said she's not here anymore. NOW you need an appointment. You will be taken next week but you have to" PAY HALF" NOW! NOW? WHY pay for a service I am not getting? I refused so she took me out of the computer. Fine ATTITUDE! People waiting were smiling and clapping! Guess I'm not the only one against their system. They lost this customer and probably a lot more in the future, if they have any.
