I will tell you like I just told my coworker. You should move here! Rent is high everywhere! The maintenance is awesome, they stay on top of orders and execute any issues quickly! The office staff is so awesome and very helpful. They actually care and want you to stay!

I live in the Blvd apartments and trust me you do not want to live here. Its trashy and it least 20 cars have been broken into including my roommates car. There's cops here everyday, and the day before Easter I was attacked and choked out in my stairwell. FYI if you want to be safe and have no ants and roaches live with you, then please find another place away from Pac hwy as you can! These apts suck they don't even have pool open for summer.
It really wouldnt matter if you had their email bc they dont respond by email - no record of what they tell you that way, at least not when i lived there. In fact, they dont really respond at all, hence their office business hours. Unless things have changed, theyre closed weekends and by 5pm/530pm so you have to take time off work to do anything directly with them. They couldnt make things less convenient for the residents, i've never lived somewhere so blatantly uncaring of how the residents are treated, absolutely horrible
