Run!!!! Do NOT rent an apartment here!!! They did a superficial makeover in late September, right before I moved in to the place in October. It LOOKED really nice.. fresh paint, new carpeting and appliances. What I didn't know, until I moved in, was that the insides of the building (plumbing, heating, water) are falling apart. There were several days when there was NO heat at all. They magnanimously loaned me a space heater when I complained. They told other tenants to buy their own space heaters. One young mother of 2 young children had several space heaters going at a time. Can you say fire hazard?!! When the heat was finally "fixed" I found out that I had no control of the heat setting. Basically if I had the heat on it was 80 degrees in there. I couldn't just lower the heat, I had to turn it completely off. The water coming out of the bathroom faucet was orange! I had an inspector from the City of Lakewood come to inspect. He deemed the water contaminated, reported this to management, but it was never fixed while I lived there. My bedroom shared a wall with the boiler room and there was a loud clicking noise 24/7. I submitted work requests several times because I couldn't sleep with all the noise. I slept on an air mattress in the living room for two months. When I finally wised up and put all of this in writing, miraculously the clicking stopped the next day I could go on and on, but I'm sure you get the idea. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!

We walked in with my mom to find an apartment. Talked to a lady named Mandy she was so nice to us and helpful. She even called their sister apartment to check if they had an apartment available for us since we wanted a ground floor one. Thanks we shall return. Very clean and well maintained place.

A little hidden gem. This place is great, property very well maintained, maintenece responds fairly quickly. I worked with Corey who is AMAZING made this process so simple and smooth. The whole staff is amazing and kind definitely worth looking at!
