I have “Tyler” who does a beautiful job… manicure and pedicure. I have been going to Bella Nails for seven years and don’t think I’ve ever had a bad manicure. Also, Kim, who just did my nails due to Tyler‘s absence, did a magnificent job, took her time, and just made my nails look perfect. My pedicure was done by somebody I don’t know who didn’t understand much English, which to me is a detriment, but did a decent job. No complaints there. I have never had a problem with anybody being rude. I do believe their booking sometimes is a little off, taking too many people at once; however, I do love Bella’s. The only complaint I have is that their prices are a bit high….$35 for a pedicure and $38 for a French shellac manicure. I can’t afford to go that often, but thankfully every three weeks for my nails works well. They last a long time. It appears that all the salons are charging a lot for these services.

Horrible!! the lady who did my nails says shes been doing them for 15yrs. Less than a week and I can feel them lifting. I got a pedi and a full set and was charged 110$ which is absurd. They were supposed to be coffin and they are square All different shapes and sizes and both middle fingers are fat and extremely long. I sat In pedicure chair for about 30 minutes before anyone did my feet and a lady who came in after me was sat in her chair before me. I got the deluxe pedi and the girl was so gentle she rubbed my legs did not massage my legs or feet even after I asked if it was included. She did an ok job but the polish job was off there was a polish line going down each toenail. I don't think they care about there work. Im new to this city and a friend referred me and after looking at the pictures and reviews I was sold. I asked for a certain girl and waited after pedi for her to do my set and a lady whose name rhymed with the girls name did my nails I was confused and they were as well. But being referred I didn't know who the girl was. But for 15yrs in the nail game and for the over charge my nails should have been perfect and lasted at least 2+plus weeks before lifting. They don't even ask you to wash your hands until your done, if they ask I've never had that happen. There payment machine is in the back not at counter which is also weird. Not going back no thank you!! Waste of money I may drive back to my hometown to get my nails done.

Called and asked about builder gel and soft gel extensions. Was told yes we have both and can do both. After half way through my pedicure they said "oh no, we do dip and acrylic, we can do gel" so I showed them builder gel and soft gel extensions. I said the man said you have them. They said Nope sorry, we do dip. I said I don't want dip and they got mad. They said fine we put gel but not your gel!! So, if you builder gel or soft gel extensions this is NOT the place!!!!

Definitely not impressed with what I walked away with. I asked for a simple french tip in pastel colors. It was done in gel on my fingers and toes. I have two toes that are really messed up...My nails the gel wasn't removed properly or entirely from my last nail visit. So you can see an indent from the previous color. I also have random brush or hair follicles underneath the gel. The lines where also not cleaned up well. There was no reason for any of these errors being I was there from 10:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. and the entire time they were working on my nails! I didn't even have the patience at that point to inspect them fully until I got home because I had been held hostage in the salon that long. It was $100 dollars and I had higher expectations!
