We shopped online, used Acima credit, paid $60.00 down....and walked out with a Samsung 65 inch TV. It's a series 7, so half the cost for the ones on display. I was a little disappointed with the customer service. The representative kept trying to sell, after we already found what we wanted. Other then that, everything else was great. They brought it right out to our vehicle.

Just like every other best buy, they have a bunch of good tech, not so great prices, but the employees in the Salem store seem to be better trained than other best buys I've visited. They also price match which keeps me coming back. I snagged a WiFi range extender and a portable hard drive.

I have always loved Best Buy, but recently I’ve had some issues. Usually there are staff members everywhere to help you, whether to answer questions or get an controlled item behind glass. Recently, though, there’s no one around to help. And the last time we flagged someone down, they turned right around and walked away. I know help is hard to come by these days, and I expect some issues like this. But there have to be some staff around willing to help out. That’s what separates Best Buy from Amazon.

We had to go back three times to find the right part for our computer. On our last trip we were told by the manager that our computer can't even take the part we were trying to buy, we kept being told to try a different thing by other employees. We ended up returning the computer and bought a different computer at a better price. Thankfully this one does everything we need and we don't need to upgrade anything.

While I appreciate everyone's suggestions, the easiest and fastest way to speak with A Geek Squad rep is to walk into the store and go to the Geek Desk If there's a line, they write your name and call you up when it's your turn. If there's no line, they help you right away. Longest I've ever waited was 30 minutes.
I used sites that give you discounts to places. If you send me your address I will send sites and then you and I will benefit from it by getting points

Unfortunately you can't. Ordering online requires a payment method but you may be able to call and have them reserve your items. It may depend on the associate and store. Hope this helps. 😁

If you purchased a new one one through best buy....and requested it yes we do....it does come with a small recycling fee..
If it's geek squad I don't think they're doing appointments in store.

Jorge Amaya if you want to buy it here to avoid the California sales tax I doubt that will happen. I ordered an item on line from here in Oregon and had it shipped to my niece in Crescent City and was charged sales tax. I'd call the store to ask if it's doable before going in.

You can take the receipt into the store and if you used your account to make a purchase on there they will be able to pull up the email tied to it.
Driving in is best
They carry both Canon & Nikon products & accessories. What they have in store may vary per store, as well as, be limited in comparison to what is accessible through their website. If they don't have it in store, check online. If they have it online, it can either be shipped to store for pick up or to a provided address. Hopes this helps :)
