While I appreciate everyone's suggestions, the easiest and fastest way to speak with A Geek Squad rep is to walk into the store and go to the Geek Desk If there's a line, they write your name and call you up when it's your turn. If there's no line, they help you right away. Longest I've ever waited was 30 minutes.

Google Best Buy and use the 800/888 number offered, I called the store only to get caught in a web of prompts. Once I called 800/888 number I quickly made an appointment.
