I don't have an answer but I sure am angry about trying to make an appointment to have a car radio installed. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone to best buy and after all that time a woman came on and said "just a minute" and then the phone started ringing again and is still ringing after15 minutes. Does Best Buy have a phone problem ? Or do they just not want to have anything to do with the customer after we pay for everything? I have never seen anything like this!!!!
