The receptionists are kind and helpful, but Dr Pena, a surgeon, was one of the rudest most condescending doctors I have ever met. I have never filed a formal complaint about a doctor until now. I will not return here.

Doctors are definitely good, but not the way they operate, and horrible patient care. We had multiple visits, every time waiting time is insane. When we have an appointment to follow up, we are waiting for hours, and receptionist response is that our appointment doesn’t mean anything, we need to wait in line like everyone else. When we are coming without the appointment, we are told that everyone who is coming before and after us had appointments, and we will be waiting till everyone who was pre-registered and had appointments will be seen.

Dr Fetzer and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had an ACLR end of December. He's worked with me for every single question and fear. He was very informative before surgery even happened and gave me many options. I love TRIA and will recommend to anyone I know that needs it!

I've had two knee replacements with Dr. Mark Thomas and a shoulder replacement with Dr. Michael Walsh. I'm very pleased with everything about TRIA. Both doctors and all personal were exceptional.

I agree Tria is amazing! If you have the right dr, check in person and Scheduling person. Lately Tria has made a lot of mistakes with Scheduling, communicating, and they can have long wait times in the walk in dept. Also TC orthopedic is great to never had problems there and great drs and therapy dept.

I don't know the answer to this.
From what I understand, they implemented a new phone system. The front end people that we speak with have issues with power trips. I have had the same issue with getting care for my mother. Contact a clinic administrator and make a complaint. They will need date and time of call and the number you called from. I was told by an administrator that they pull the calls and that they can also see what the representative is doing on their computer terminals and see if they are even doing their jobs. Pretty sad that the motto of "patient centered care" means nothing. TRIA... take notice. Keep going as you are and you will lose business to Twin Cities Orthopedics, where I have never been treated like this.
I also don't think you'll need a referral. It depends on your insurance, but these days, most coverage no longer requires it. The orthopedic urgent cares are mostly open 8:00--8:00. If it's a foot/ankle issue, I recommend Dr Buffeli and not Dr Pena. That's at the Bloomington location.

I believe so if who you saw is lynk with them. I have health partners so they are a part of tria now. Definitely check it out
Yes
Maybe you should talk to the professionals at Tria rather than post such a rediculous question on this forum.
Yes, they are the orthopedic branch under park nicollet and health partners
