I woke up this morning and was unable to raise my right arm above shoulder height . have no pain a little tightness . what should i do ?

When I go in to have my knee checked from a fall I sustained a week and a half ago could the doctor that I see also read my MRI of my left shoulder blade the rotator cuff is torn completely
