I also don't think you'll need a referral. It depends on your insurance, but these days, most coverage no longer requires it. The orthopedic urgent cares are mostly open 8:00--8:00. If it's a foot/ankle issue, I recommend Dr Buffeli and not Dr Pena. That's at the Bloomington location.

As far as I know there is no referral needed. You may want to check insurance and vet the doctor you wish to see.

No. Obviously your insurance could say otherwise, but I've walked right in with no appointments or referrals. They are part of Park Nicollet so they are "in" my network for insurance purposes.
