I woke up this morning and was unable to raise my right arm above shoulder height . have no pain a little tightness . what should i do ?

I agree Tria is amazing! If you have the right dr, check in person and Scheduling person. Lately Tria has made a lot of mistakes with Scheduling, communicating, and they can have long wait times in the walk in dept. Also TC orthopedic is great to never had problems there and great drs and therapy dept.
