Rosewood Grill is our absolute favorite place to have a date night. The drinks and food are always amazing. We were there tonight 6/17 and our server Nikki went above and beyond for us by checking ingredients in my meal after informing her I had a dairy allergy. I appreciated it so much. She was also extremely friendly and attentive. We cannot recommend Rosewood and her enough :)

A very nice place with delicious food. We were a party of 9 and they seated us in a private room, which was really nice. Most of us ordered the Surf & Turf 3 course meal, which included a salad or lobster bisque, petite filet mignon and a choice of ice cream for dessert. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the wait staff was friendly and efficient. Did have to wait for more water as only one craft on the table for 9 wasn't enough. A family member who had eaten there before noticed the lobster bisque was missing the chunks of lobster that were usually in the soup. It was mentioned to the staff and they apologized and explained that our soup must have been towards the end of the pot. I wouldn't have known any difference and the soup was still delicious.

Had always wanted to try Rosewood, after having decent experiences at some of the other Hospitality restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience at Rosewood. The atmosphere was fine, reservations were accepted digitally and we were sat promptly. Then the food came. Our Crab Cake appetizer was filled with shell pieces (presumably from the fresh crab.) We couldn’t finish it and had to send it back. My fried fish was filled with bones, and my wife’s salmon dish had vegetables that were charred beyond recognition and inedible (the server admitted they are usually not anywhere near that burnt.) To the restaurant’s credit, they refunded both meals, and added a complimentary dessert. My wife did enjoy the Salmon dish, and the French Fries were good. Maybe we just caught the kitchen on an off night, but really expected more given the prices and sister restaurant experiences.

We choose Rosewood Grille Strongsville to celebrate our daughter's graduation from CSU. I tried to add 2 additional family members to my party a week ahead of time, but was told my table couldn't accommodate my request. Manager told me I …Mrs. Powers, I'm so sorry to hear we did not exceed the expectation we strive for with each guest that chooses Rosewood Grill. Thank you for the constructive feedback, it's always appreciated and evaluated with our team. Unfortunately we did not represent ourselves well and you did not experience Rosewood at its best yesterday. We're fortunate enough to have several regular guests that started out with not the greatest experience and thru another visit have become Raving Fans. If you could provide your address I'd like to send you a gift certificate to come back to any one of our award winning restaurants.
