I Stopped here for lunch and spent about ten minutes at the drive up. Someone inside told me they were closed and when I asked when they would open he became very rude. I take it KFC dont need my money . .If the employees dont want to work perhaps they should just close up for good

Service here is the absolute worst . These guys don’t have chicken most of the time and this is the only KFC which closes at 8 pm . Would never come back here again

Very disappointed with the strongsville kfc online system!!! We order a large order that we paid for with credit card. 20 mins away from kfc we get home and we don’t have our other bucket of chicken that we paid for !!!!!!! Very angry consumer! And they weren’t even busy there was nobody in line dead as can be, so they shouldn’t have messed up the order!!!

The last 3 times I have gone to this KFC my order was wrong and when I try to call them the phone rings and rings then goes busy. My fault for not checking the bag before I leave I guess
