I love my apartment here, definitely the best downtown living in Roanoke. Amenities are great, the staff is super helpful and responsive, and a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and perfect apartment. It's probably the best we can get in roanoke valley area. It's less than a mile away from downtown. 5k run events go on all the time so it's pretty active here. Starbucks, moes and brewery are 2 minutes walk. Maybe a little expensive for 1 bedroom apartment but the location matters. 5th floor patio area is best part of this apartment.

My apartment is soooo pretty, and I have loved the local live music and fun monthly contests! South16 is really unique, convenient, quaint, and clean with awesome amenities I enjoyed so much this summer. Dustin in the office has been awesome and super helpful.
