They used to be fairly good. But in the last few years company getting to big. Quality of work is not good. Very sloppy. Last 2 carpet installs had to have someone come back and spend a few hours fixing bad seams,bad cuts,not kickin properly,metals not replaced. So tenant had to move their things again. Made appointment they did not show,did not call,I phone them they didn't know where the guy was.

I had another great experience dealing with bonded carpet. I’ve been a customer of bonded carpet since 1986. I am very impressed at how great they have always been and how they always exceed my expectations on every project I use them on. Just recently case in point I had and tenant move out of the house I rent out after they had been living there for over five years. I normally take a long time to make a decision but I was able to make the decision in five minutes or less. I gave them the order on the spot. They moved very quickly within a few days the house was ready to rent to the next family in Carlsbad.
