Where do I start... I recently QUIT my job at this Party City because the manager was very unprofessional and treated me like dirt every chance she got. My coworkers Daneri, Jose, Matt, Dayana, and my assistant managers Miguel and Sonalis were all amazing and very helpful. If there are ANY problems with the store, I promise you it probably has something to do with the general manager Maria Sandoval. She's mean, bitter, and rude. Not only to her employees but also to customers. I suggest going to another Party City if you want all the things you need because this store is so unorganized because of Maria. Loved my job, hated the manager. Good riddance. side note: I had to dye my hair black to get this job lol ruined my beautiful bright colored hair for nothing. I appreciate the push though because now I have the confidence to use my degree.

This Party City could have so much potential if they removed the manager Maria from this store. The last few times I came here I really enjoyed the customer service but NOT from Maria. She is extremely rude and somewhat abusive to her employees. The way she speaks to them and customers really makes me question if Party City even cares about their staff and customers. I will be making a formal complaint by calling and emailing corporate. I'd like to say thank you to the young lady with black hair and lightskin (if I knew her name I would gladly put it in this review) she was very patient with my needs and helped me with everything I needed.

This place is great for party supply’s and Halloween costumes. They have plenty of Costumes for both adults and children. I’d recommend checking then out for party supplies and all your dress up needs.

Party City is actually the Party World. You imagine, they have it, and even more. All kinds of themes, candies, plates, balloons, wigs, costumes...incredible variety and the team is always friendly and helpful. Last party I went was the Oscar and I found these sophisticated cups for my passion fruit mousse. So glamours. Even the gold tray. I also got the napkins and mini Oscar. So cool.
