Glad to find this place. I saw them on google and didn't realize it was by appointment only, but had no issues with calling and getting 'scheduled'. I am still an amateur jewelry maker but they were warm and helpful despite me only needing to make a modest purchase! I got a handy plier saddle and some wire cutters (black handles in pic). I will definitely come here for my tools from now on, the prices were very reasonable even compared to big online retailers like amazon.

Beautiful, quality findings, fast shipping! All of my sterling silver was stamped 925 which is reassuring that it's real (can't be too sure when ordering things online). Will definitely order again, highly recommend!

The people in the store are always helpful and have even steered me away from expensive purchases that I don't really need at this stage. I took a soldering class that was very helpful. They have tools you can't find at a bead store. My new candy store!
