My account got disabled put in 4 support apps and dmed them on their social medias nothing has happened do not recommend this app after 6yrs of use.

I have been trying to contact a living human being regarding my wrongfully disabled account. The phone number associated to this establishment never connects and immediately hangs up. Discord needs to step up their support staffing and moderation systems. I either only get bot replies that do not help me, or I get no response at all. I have been using and supporting Discord for more than six years and this unjust way of being treated does not sit well with me.

i love usin this app, but they need alot more people in their support, also to change the email to your account imo they should do something like u have to verify on both the email your account is already linked to so you can change the email as well as the new email and type in the password you're already using of course. i think the fact that your account email can be changed with just a password or token is just ridiculous. someone from france hacked me months ago, and it took me like 3-4 months to get my account back.
