Worcester housing authority the worst place to get help I've been on the list multiple times due to homelessness now you figure they know you're homeless that means they know you're not going to get your mail on time because you don't really have a mailing address so you just using somebody else's but meantime they have your email and your phone number and don't reach out to you when you might have an appointment to make sure that you might receive that letter in time no instead they take you off the list then contact you 3 weeks afterwards saying that you missed your appointment and that they took you off the list instead of calling you telling that you that they might be sending you something for an appointment so you don't miss the appointment to keep an eye out what kind of s*** is that

I am a landlord and I got one tenant through WHA. I have not received rent from WHA from last 3 months. I have corresponded with Laura who is no longer with WHA and now I am corresponding with Amrando. Laura told me that all paperwork is complete however Amrando told me the case is being reviewed. From last 3 months? It is difficult to pay mortgage. We expect better communication and service. I have been calling, emailing and leaving messages. No good response.

Black people do not get special treatment. Tiffany Shliapa do not honor people with a disability from a license professional which is against the law. She is incompetent and needs to attend training for people with disabilities.

My father lived in 11 lake Ave. Passes away in late May I had already paid his June rent,he didn't have any back balances owed. They gave me the absolute run around trying to get my rent back and security deposit if there was one....almost a month later and no refunds. RUTH never answers her phone or returns calls . Place is a dump.

Ok thanks so much! It was a no fault eviction but the judge says we have to come up with all this money or we can't live there. I'm confused by all of it. All I know is we need help! And fast
ok

As long as you have section 8 you can let your caseworker know that there is repairs that need to be done and save all the receipts as proof of all the repairs that you have done.
You need to call 508:635-3300 between 3:30-4:30 PM Monday thru Friday, to obtain your status
