I felt totally scammed. The first guy came out to snake the line. Charged $1042 and said he couldn’t fix it or tell what was wrong. He said the camera guy had to come out the next day but there would be no charge, that was included in the service. The camera guy came out. Did not show me footage. Quoted me $8700 to fix the clog. Then charged me $650 to tell me where the clog was. Total bait and switch….no cost for the camera but if you want to know what the camera found, they charge you. UNETHICAL. Then the water damage guy came out and told us there was going to be mold and that it would be $3000 to remediate. We had cleaned the overflow as it happened. The floor was wet less than 5 minutes. My insurance broker said they wouldn’t approve any claim unless there was standing water for a length of time and proof (testing) for mold. FRAUD. We called the office 4 days in a row to complain about the extra charge. Left a voicemail each time. Nobody answered and nobody returned any of our calls. We called another plumber for a second opinion and they cleared the line for $700. They used a snake and a camera at the same time. It totally feels like a money scam to send two people out, say there’s only one charge, but then charge us again. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I am only giving it one star (because they don’t deserve any) because it won’t let me post this review without giving them at least one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Jet cleaned the outdoor pipes, took a photo of the problem and designed a plan for future care. All employees were prompt, friendly and informative. Giovanni performed a great service and was especially helpful to help design a plan of action for fewer care. Most importantly, I have company at the house, preparing for a family funeral, and you responded to our emergency immediately. Within 3 hours you had responded and completed needed services. I will definitely be calling you again!

He, Ben, did really great job on my house. He was able to stop by next day morning and explained everything really well for us. He was really kind and well informed. We decided to change new one and he did make sure couple times everything worked fine. Later, he sent the message to make sure everything is ok. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Gio was great. He was timely and efficient with his work. He shared the various options we had to approach a sewer drain repair. He knew his stuff. When issues like this arise, it is nice to have someone with his knowledge and abilities on site to fix the issue asap. From initial contact to problem solved it’s was less than two hours. I know my tenants definitely appreciate it.
