They do a great job. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Also fast. This time the only reason they are not getting 5 stars is there are areas on my sweatshirt that are wrinkled and does not look super clean

Had shirts made for my 21st birthday, on the day that they were supposed to be ready they lost my order and hadn’t started it. They then had to have me recreate the whole mock up and come back the following day. When I went to pick up the shirts the color was incorrect, they tried to argue and say that they did the right color and when I showed them the paper it clearly stated that they had messed up. At this time 3 of the 4 shirts were correct, but the actual birthday shirt was completely wrong. The design for the back ended up on the front and the design for the front was never put on the shirt. I then called the manager to get a refund and he explained that they “do not do refunds”. Even though all mistakes were made on their end. I paid $175 for 4 shirts to have them be late AND not correctly made. I highly recommend ordering elsewhere.

Excellent customer service - they were quick to answer my emails before I went in, and when I was in the store, they spent time with me to make sure that I received the best quality and that I was happy. They were very quick and super nice. Definitely going back for any screenprinting!
