Normal weekly therapy sessions are 50-55 minutes. I do offer extended sessions for marriage and couples work as well as intense family conflict.

I prefer to work with teens WITH their parents. Adolescence is a time when it's normal for kids to push away from their parents which can naturally lead to parents being worried and teens feeling isolated and misunderstood. As a family therapist, I prefer to have the teen in the room with the parents to help bridge those gaps and support open communication. Sometimes teens have a specific issue that is best supported with individual counseling. We can meet and discuss the best course of action.
