I've been shopping at Cycle Gear for years. The staff are riders and understand the sport. The gear spans from entry-level to top-shelf. Prices are at retail, so I try to shop the sales. Buying online and returning, if needed in store, is easy. Great place!

I'm a new rider and needed all the gear. Donovan helped me find a helmet that fit my needs, he himself is a rider and answered all my questions based on his experience but also through his knowledge of reputation of certain brands in the industry and followed up with examples. It was an excellent experience as it did take a while to find a helment that I really liked. Andrew also helped find me some pants and shared so brand knowledge for future purchases. I do wish they had a little more variety in terms of colors and styles for women but they are able to order things for you from revzilla. Highly recommend a visit!

Pretty cool selection from road bike to dirt bike style gear and equipment. They have a variety of items for women too. If there is something particular you’re looking for the staff even offered to see if they can order it in for you. Andrew offered to help me go through various products to help me find a gift for my husband. Very knowledgeable and down to earth.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
