Was the most reasonably priced pet euthanasia service and with available appointments. Staff was compassionate and kind at a very difficult time. A few weeks later, I unexpectedly received a very sweet sympathy card with my kitty's paw and nose prints that I will treasure.

I have been a loyal banfield customer for more than five years with multiple wellness plans. I recently had an animal pass that was on the wellness plan. Not only did they charge me full price for the treatment days earlier but they never credited the nail trim that they forgot to do. I would transfer the nail trim to my mother's cat but she says she is getting rid of banfield all together. The main reason is policy changes as far as having the vets suggest and even administer medications that are unnecessary for your family member/ pets. They don't read your previous charts either. I loved my last vet at banfield she was straight forward and honest about everything. I'm assuming she quit banfield for these very reasons. After the new vet took over I started seeing many medications being suggested for a perfectly normal cat. Please stop pushing the pharmaceutical agenda at the expense of our pets. It makes for bad policy and people not trusting that banfield vets are looking out for my animals best interest. Unfortunately very sorry to say I will not be going back to banfield.

I had to put my baby girl princess down yesterday. But before the decision to do so this wonderful staff helped me explore my options. I can't thank them enough for all they did. They are beautiful people and if I ever get another baby I'm bringing them to this hospital. Banfield by the everett mall couldn't give two cents about my baby. This one showed her so much love and just met her yesterday. Again thank you all for everything you do. much love

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
