When I walked into the store I said hi to the cashiers and they didn’t even look at me. I just assumed they didn’t hear me and moved along. Then one of the girls at the cashier was walking past me and I liked her outfit so I complimented her, she didn’t respond. I know I said it loud enough for her to hear so I know she ignored me. Then I was looking for Horchata and couldn’t find it then I went to the counter and asked where they had it, and they were acting like I wasn’t saying it right and that they couldn’t understand me. I know I was saying it right as I’ve been practicing Spanish for 2 years. Overall I didn’t feel welcomed I felt very judged for being there. Maybe it was because I wasn’t Hispanic. But the breads and snacks there are very good.

The staff was extremely rude when just asking simple questions. Their food is overpriced, and the meat was NOT refrigerated correctly. It was hot in there and that meat was looking very sketchy. The doors on all the dairy products were also open, this is on a 85 degree day, so you have meat and dairy not getting chilled sufficiently. I would go anywhere else if I were you there are plenty of other CLEANER and friendlier carnicerias around.
