Don’t expect anything to get fixed if you’re having issues in your apartment unit. Maintenance never resolves the issue on the first, second, or third try. And it’s nearly impossible to reach management. They NEVER follow-up, no matter how many times you try to contact them. I’ve talked to the answering service more often than someone on the management team.
