This company was involved in the replacement of gas lines on Hemlock Road in Salem, Va and without a doubt they were the most professional and hard working contractors I've ever come across. They were friendly, industrious and did not leave a mess behind. They were always courtesy and glad to answer any questions I had, AND they knew the answers. I whole heartedly without restraint recommend these people to anyone who, like me has questions and likes to know what the plans are because of my work schedule. Thanks EC Pace! Was watching fire TV and I lost internet all sudden because backhoe was not watching over head lines and ripped out internet line and was almost into power line after looking out the window to see what going on. No one working came to speak to me about damage the cable. When working outdoors digging you watch for underground utility's and above lines from telephone and powers very unsafe they could have died today if they was to knock power line down or someone working around them. Had to make phone calls to roanoke gas and ec pase just to leave messages the only way I got a call back was calling the town of Vinton and got phones calls back with in ten minutes of the town calling the companies.

For whatever reason a driver with a truck full of gravel used our very small narrow driveway to back into his destination to dump gravel. Well in doing so the driver ran into our yard and left a large 6 inch hole. I called the owner mark pace and left a voicemail. Never heard back from the owner with an apology or anything. But the owner (I’m assuming) gave the driver my number and the driver called and apologized and promised to come back and fix where he ran into the yard. Well that was 3 weeks ago and nothing had been done. All recorded on camera, when the incident happened my fiance tried to speak with the driver but the driver refused to leave his truck.
