The work they performed in a matter of hours would have taken us months! Excellent friendly customer service and very quick to respond. I highly recommend Sound Design! AMAZING JOB!

I was gifted a nice TV and called Sound Decision for help getting it mounted. They came to the home and provided a quote very quickly. Installation was perfect, very professional. Couldn't be happier with their service.

We've had great experience with Sound Decision. Every step was a pleasure, from price estimate, to installation, to payment. They use the best equipment and everything was aligned perfectly (this is especially important for an OCD like me). Price was very competitive, too.

Sound Decision is outstanding. We have been using them for 20 years and without fail our expectations have been exceeded every time we call. Very knowledgeable and professional team that really understands service. We recently had a minor disruption in our TV and streaming systems. They were here in a day and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. That’s after a marathon call to the cable company that was unsuccessful. They also through in some advice to improve our other system in a very inexpensive way. Great people great company.

Questions & Answers

Are you open to the general public, on a walk in basis or do we need to make an appointment? I am interested in auditioning GoldenEar Triton Three + speakers. Do you take other speakers in trade? Thank You, Butch Bryant

We are open to the general public on a walk-in basis M-F from 9am-5pm. We currently do not have any GoldenEar Tritons on display here, but we do have a pair of Totem towers and B&W towers if you would like to come listen to those! We also take in speakers on trade. Thanks! -Ryan

I have a 7.1 Home Theatre system which has wired speakers...... Has anyone developed the technology to turn the older wired systems to "wireless"?? Please advise, thank you in advance, Dave

Dave, There are certainly ways to integrate wireless technologies into an audio system. Adding a Sonos Port or a Bluetooth adapter will allow you to stream music to an audio system from any device without having to have a cable physically attached. Sonos also offers wireless speakers (meaning the amps are built-in to the speakers, and they connect to your WiFi network - power is still required to each speaker) that can be setup into a surround sound configuration. As far as connecting a passive speaker to an amplifier without having to run wire - although some devices that accomplish that may exist, we always prefer having a physical wire run to each speaker. This traditional wired setup has a much lower chance of requiring service, will have better sound quality, and you can guarantee that the proper audio processing will be distributed to each speaker (especially in a home theater surround sound setup). Please let me know if you have any further questions, thanks! -Ryan

Do you carry stereo antennas?

Kathleen, That is not something that we will have in stock. Thanks for thinking of us though!
