I don’t recommend living here with the high cost. The pool isn’t available (it has glass in it from a party years ago). The dog park is VERY small. The “business center” can’t be accessed at any time because the leasing office isn’t open ever because of lack of staff. The apartment’s interior have black mold and cockroaches. Don’t be fooled by the new paint.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Formerly known as Shenandoah Village apts, they just tried to change the name to raise rent prices. If you pay 1,350 to live here you out your dang mind fr. The neighborhood is trash, having the highest crime rate in the CITY for one. Right down the gill and down the street are two low-income housing communities. Not to mention they were just letting people live with mice and roaches for MONTHS and all they would do was give people traps for them, no extermination. They are trying to gentrify this neighborhood on a budget and not paying attention to any of the important stuff, but they definitely raise that rent!

Update review, this complex has went down hill since being here with renewals being jacked up 300 plus dollars, turn over rate with the employment is terrible and paying for amenities advertised never completed or updated, and extermination that hasn't been done because they seem to have problems paying their own bills but will be quick to put us on a late fee for sure. We're paying for their problems and mistakes and suffering to make ends meet. This complex has been re managed by a great company in my opinion that is managing quite a few around here in the Roanoke area and making very nice changes to their communities. I recently moved here to an updated quite spacious 4 bedroom townhome and I love it. The upgrades in my unit are beautiful,with nice plank flooring, and carpet in the bedrooms. I love my kitchen with the countertops and fixtures, everything is updated and looks the part for the money. I enjoy my community here for myself and my family, have had no problems, and my children have made some good friends. The pest control is done regularly by a great company I highly recommend, and I have had no complaints. The property manager is upstanding with quick responsiveness and good communicatio. He portrays professionalism and care for his community as well his residents. The maintenance team is very polite,professional and knowledgeable with completing the requests on time and in a timely manner. They also help keep this community clean and I appreciate this very much. The property team as a whole are just awesome and again we do enjoy our community here 😊.
